UBE2Z

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Z mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by UBE2Z-low versus UBE2Z-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Z→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Z) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
