Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2Z RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,608 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Z-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with UBE2Z in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Z-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Z results are reported.
