Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2W Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2W data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBE2W Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2W expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2W Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
