Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2W protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2W-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM87B, GAPDH, and ITPR2. Each is linked with UBE2W in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2W-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2W results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2W versus TMEM87B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2W→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2W) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
