Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2W mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,594 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2W-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, MTA2, and CHEK1. Each is linked with UBE2W in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2W-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2W results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by UBE2W-low versus UBE2W-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2W→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2W) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
