Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2V1P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,708 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2V1P16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, and Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal. Each is linked with UBE2V1P16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2V1P16-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2V1P16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator grouped by UBE2V1P16-low versus UBE2V1P16-high in ESCA.
