Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2V1P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2V1P16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher UBE2V1P16 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2V1P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, PAAD, and HNSC are the cancer types where UBE2V1P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
