UBE2V1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2V1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,450 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2V1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, RBM39, and SF3B3. Each is linked with UBE2V1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2V1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2V1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1 versus RPRD1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
