Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2V1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 30 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2V1 data layer compared with 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher UBE2V1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2V1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and GBM show a favorable association.

MESO, HNSC, and CESC are the cancer types where UBE2V1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
