Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2V1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,818 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2V1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10A, RN7SL342P, and WBP1. Each is linked with UBE2V1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2V1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2V1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1 versus RPL10A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
