Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2U RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 148 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2U-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of SMAD protein signal transduction, Regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation, and Deoxyribonucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with UBE2U in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2U-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2U results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of SMAD protein signal transduction grouped by UBE2U-low versus UBE2U-high in STOMACH.
