UBE2T

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2T protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2T-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOP2A, KIF23, and KNL1. Each is linked with UBE2T in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2T-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2T results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2T versus TOP2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2T→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2T) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
