The most reproducible UBE2QL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCDC80, COL5A2, and ENPP1. Each is linked with UBE2QL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2QL1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2QL1 results are reported.
