Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2Q2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2Q2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher UBE2Q2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2Q2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2Q2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
