UBE2Q2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Q2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,447 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Q2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRPEL1, HSPA9, and MRPS15. Each is linked with UBE2Q2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Q2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Q2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2Q2 versus GRPEL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Q2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Q2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
