UBE2Q2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2Q2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2Q2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6511A1, PMM2P1, and MTND4LP20. Each is linked with UBE2Q2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2Q2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2Q2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6511A1 grouped by UBE2Q2-low versus UBE2Q2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2Q2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2Q2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
