UBE2N

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2N RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,928 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2N-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, TMPO, and RRM1. Each is linked with UBE2N in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2N-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2N versus SCYL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2N→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
