UBE2N

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2N mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,439 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2N-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPCL3, RNU7-125P, and KIR3DL2. Each is linked with UBE2N in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2N-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2N results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPCL3 grouped by UBE2N-low versus UBE2N-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2N→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2N) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
