Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2N RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,847 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2N-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Spindle elongation, and Endonucleolytic cleavage to generate mature 5'-end of SSU-rRNA from (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with UBE2N in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2N-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2N results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by UBE2N-low versus UBE2N-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
