UBE2M

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2M protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,745 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2M-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM28, ZNF8, and ZNF473. Each is linked with UBE2M in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2M-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2M results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2M versus TRIM28 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2M→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2M) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
