Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,118 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, Sex differentiation, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with UBE2L2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2L2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2L2 results are reported.
