Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 978 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC20P1, LYPD8, and ITPRIP. Each is linked with UBE2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2L2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2L2 versus ZDHHC20P1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
