UBE2K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,971 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDS5A, LETM1, and FAM114A1. Each is linked with UBE2K in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2K-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2K versus PDS5A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
