Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2K protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,424 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD7, EIF4A1, and NAA50. Each is linked with UBE2K in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2K-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2K versus PSMD7 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
