UBE2K

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2K protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,359 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, TFIP11, and DEPDC5. Each is linked with UBE2K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2K-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2K versus ESS2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
