Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2I Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2I data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher UBE2I Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2I expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and PRAD are the cancer types where UBE2I Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
