Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,795 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASL, CHCHD3, and PSMC2. Each is linked with UBE2H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2H-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
