UBE2H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2H RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,441 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2H-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC4, GCC1, and WASL. Each is linked with UBE2H in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2H-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2H→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
