Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2G1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2G1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UBE2G1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2G1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where UBE2G1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
