UBE2G1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,256 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2G1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FXR2, PAFAH1B1, and YWHAE. Each is linked with UBE2G1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2G1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2G1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2G1 versus FXR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2G1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2G1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
