Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2G1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,999 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2G1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with UBE2G1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2G1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2G1 results are reported.
