Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2F-SCLY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,894 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2F-SCLY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of chromosome organization, and Telomere maintenance. Each is linked with UBE2F-SCLY in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2F-SCLY-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2F-SCLY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by UBE2F-SCLY-low versus UBE2F-SCLY-high in STAD.
