UBE2E2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2E2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUTP5, COX5BP8, and OR9Q2. Each is linked with UBE2E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2E2-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2E2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUTP5 grouped by UBE2E2-low versus UBE2E2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2E2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2E2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
