Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2E1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2E1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition, Mitochondrial tRNA 3'-end processing, and tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation. Each is linked with UBE2E1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2E1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2E1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA 3'-terminal CCA addition grouped by UBE2E1-low versus UBE2E1-high in KIDNEY.
