Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2D3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBE2D3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher UBE2D3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2D3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

DLBC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where UBE2D3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
