UBE2D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,096 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP2, TNKS2, and CUL2. Each is linked with UBE2D1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2D1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2D1 versus RP2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
