UBE2D1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2D1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,540 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HK3, MNDA, and NCF4. Each is linked with UBE2D1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2D1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2D1 versus HK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
