UBE2D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F6P1, TSPY12P, and SNX3P1Y. Each is linked with UBE2D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2D1-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, E2F6P1 grouped by UBE2D1-low versus UBE2D1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
