UBE2C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBE2C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBE2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ERK2, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with UBE2C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by UBE2C-low versus UBE2C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
