Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBE2C RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UBE2C data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher UBE2C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBE2C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and THYM show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and MESO are the cancer types where UBE2C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
