Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,689 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle checkpoint signaling, Regulation of nuclear division, and Mitotic metaphase chromosome alignment. Each is linked with UBE2C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spindle checkpoint signaling grouped by UBE2C-low versus UBE2C-high in KIDNEY.
