Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBE2C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,895 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBE2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPA1L2, CSNK1G2, and KIAA1522. Each is linked with UBE2C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBE2C-to-partner and partner-to-UBE2C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBE2C versus HNRNPA1L2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBE2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBE2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
