Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBASH3B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBASH3B data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher UBASH3B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBASH3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

BLCA, COAD, and STAD are the cancer types where UBASH3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
