UBASH3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBASH3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBASH3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, PARP2, and RNFT2. Each is linked with UBASH3A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBASH3A-to-partner and partner-to-UBASH3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OIP5 grouped by UBASH3A-low versus UBASH3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBASH3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBASH3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
