Across TCGA cell cohorts, UBASH3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,287 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible UBASH3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Positive regulation of T cell activation, and Negative regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. Each is linked with UBASH3A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBASH3A-to-partner and partner-to-UBASH3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by UBASH3A-low versus UBASH3A-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
