Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UBAP2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated UBAP2L data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher UBAP2L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UBAP2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.
READ, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where UBAP2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
