UBAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4695, RNU6-947P, and MIR513B. Each is linked with UBAP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAP1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4695 grouped by UBAP1-low versus UBAP1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
