UBALD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBALD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,808 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBALD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCG1, PSMG3, and NXF1. Each is linked with UBALD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBALD2-to-partner and partner-to-UBALD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBALD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBALD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
