UBAC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf78, ARFGEF2, and BRD3. Each is linked with UBAC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAC1 versus C9orf78 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
