UBAC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UBAC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UBAC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBB, HBA2, and HBA1. Each is linked with UBAC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UBAC1-to-partner and partner-to-UBAC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, UBAC1 versus HBB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UBAC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UBAC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
